TAHA TINANA / BODY, MOVEMENT & KAI

More life in your day.

A meal you love. A little movement. Enough rest. Caring for your body can begin with something that feels good to you.

A little space to be you.
ONE SMALL START

Care that fits your day.

Kai — food that works for you

Start with what is available and affordable. Try adding vegetables, beans, eggs, fish or meat to a meal you already enjoy. There is no need for a perfect plate.

Movement you enjoy

A short walk, dancing, gardening or time at the beach all make room for movement. Choose something comfortable for your body. Open the training app below to explore exercises and build your workout. Ask a health professional for help if pain or a health condition makes starting difficult.

Rest and sleep

Make a little space to wind down. If you can, keep a familiar bedtime and a quiet place to rest. Ongoing tiredness, loud snoring or trouble sleeping are worth discussing with your GP.

Check-ups without judgement

You can take a support person. Write down what matters to you, ask for plain language, and ask what each test or treatment is for. Your questions belong in the room.

KAHA / STRENGTH & MOVEMENT

Move well. Live fully.

Find movement that fits your life, build a programme for your goals, and move alongside whānau.
